Everything . From the facilities to the staff I would always chose Melià desert when ever I come to Dubai . Location: I chose melià desert although it was a bit far from the conference I came to visit because I wanted peace and quiet and also I wanted a fun place for my husband and son who came with me. I thought it’ll be long trip everyday to convention center but because of its excellent location there was no traffic neither going or coming back so it really made it the perfect location. Reception : Everyone in the reception were nice and kind and were really friendly with my son and gave him the cutest drawing book that even I learned from it about polo sport which was nice. I must give special thanks to Mr Yusuf whose hospitality was superb. Epicure : ( breakfast place ) Kamila and prya were ready for us every morning to get us the most delicious breakfast and always had surprises for my son to be entertained. Spa: Amazing facilities and amazing staff had a really good facial with them , wanted to do more more services but wasn’t able to due to my conference. Housekeeping: Saved the best for last . I have a toddler so the room would get messy everyday but every time I came back to the room I would find it exceptionally clean and tidy good as new . I must give special thanks to Nymin , Tharmshi , April . They knew my son loves animales so they made an elephant with towels which my son really loved. I think this is the first time I write a detailed review but I highly recommend everyone to visit this amazing amazing place whether you are a couple or family . You will find this place exceptional and the facility has it all to serve you .

What truly stood out during my stay, however, was the remarkable level of service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The front desk team, especially Essam, Amina and Shahid went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and hassle-free. They provided excellent recommendations for local dining and attractions, which greatly enhanced my stay. A special mention must go to [Housekeeping Staff Member's Name], who kept my room spotless and tidy throughout my visit. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor were truly appreciated.

A special thanks to Yousuf at reception for his outstanding hospitality. I arrived earlier than check-in time, but he went out of his way to arrange an early check-in for me and followed up to make sure I was comfortable. He also booked a fantastic tour with Nelson, who was friendly and informative, giving me an amazing tour of the stables and facilities. I also had a lovely chat with Nerea, who shared the inspiring story behind the restaurant. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making my stay unforgettable. I can’t wait to return!

Second of all property: Very cousy place, rather small hotel with a huge territory where You can have a walk, play tennis and basketball, You may visit here absolutely marvelous horse stables. Would like to say peronal THANK YOU to MELIA crew: MERON - absolutely unique, kind person, HARSHAD, TIJO, BINDIYA, SHAM, SAIKIRAN all from “EPICURE” team! Special thanks for warm hospitality to ABDULHAQ and MOHAMED from reception! ANNA from SPA center - amazing massage! Cleaning crew always was very kind and did their job perfectly! Thank You guys!!!!

Spa is amazing, room specious, we were celebrating our anniversary, so the hotel team arranged nice decoration, fruit bowl etc., pool in the villa is 100% private, heated, simply great. Breakfast is really good, you'll choose from the menu for AED 150. which is enough for fruit bowl, latte, avocado toast or eggs benedict etc. Dinner in the steak restaurant is fabulous as well. Great meat, amazing sides, delicious drinks to choose from. And a nice singer in the restaurant during the evening made the stay very memorizing as well...
